Hushlines Terms of Use
In short: enjoy the game, pick a friendly player name, and buy things through Google Play, whose refund rules apply. The game comes as it is, and we may update it and these terms now and then.
1. Who we are
Hushlines is made by Two Coffees In, an independent game studio ("we", "us"). You can reach us at twocoffeesin.studio@gmail.com. By playing Hushlines you agree to these terms. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
2. The game
We let you play Hushlines for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or change the game, or try to cheat the world records or our server. The game, its puzzles, art, music and name belong to Two Coffees In, except the parts made by others that are listed under Credits in Settings, which keep their own licences.
3. Provided as is
We make Hushlines with care, but we provide it "as is", without any promise that it will always work, be free of bugs, or keep every feature. We may change, pause or stop parts of the game (for example the world records) at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the game, such as lost progress. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.
4. Player names and world records
Your player name is shown to other players on the world-record lists. Please choose it with care:
- no rude, hateful or sexual names, and nothing that targets other people;
- don't pretend to be someone else (another player, a real person, us or a company);
- don't use your real full name if you'd rather stay private.
We may hide or remove names and record times that break these rules or look like cheating, without warning. Other players can report names they find rude.
5. Purchases and refunds
All purchases in the Android app (Hush packs, Extreme mode, Remove ads, premium looks, paid hands and the small "Touch grass" tip) are made through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy: ask Google Play first, and if you're stuck, write to us. Hush is in-game currency only: it has no money value and can't be exchanged or cashed out. If something you bought doesn't show up, try Restore purchases in Settings, or email us with your order number.
Your progress and your Hush live only on your device, so uninstalling the game removes them. Restore purchases brings back one-time items (such as Extreme mode, Remove ads, looks and hands) and finishes a Hush pack that didn't arrive, but it can't bring back Hush you already spent or lost.
6. Web and portal copies
Hushlines can also be played for free in a web browser: on our own site, on itch.io and on CrazyGames. These copies have no purchases and don't post world records. When you play on itch.io or CrazyGames, their own terms and privacy policies apply to their site as well.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the game changes. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the game when a change is important. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
